Im newbie with tshirt transfers. We will open soon a onlnie tshirt markting website in turkey. And want sell quality tshirts to our customers but I stucked which transfer technic should i use. I will use %100 cotton tshirt because of i cant sell polymer. So, normal transfer are plastical on the tshirt i dont want this method. I researched breating transfer method and i see there is an sublimation solution for this its not plastical on the tshirt and durability long times. so, I read some topic you cant transfer sublamation to %100 cotton tshirts but somewhere i see you can transfer sublimation to cottons.. I realy confused What should I do ? Which method should i use for %100 cotton tshirt.. I cant buy digital textile printers like T-jet because of its so expensive for me. Can you please share with me your comments about this ?
Thank you and sorry for my english its not perfect

Dear Tiisort,
Your English is certainly much better than my Turkish. I understood that you are looking to print on 100% cotton with a heat transfer that "breathes".
A ChromaBlast ink and transfer paper system will do what you want. It leaves nothing but the ink on the shirt. This is a much lower cost investment that a Direct To Garment "Digital Textile" printer like the one you mentioned. (starting at under $500 US with the printer).
Perhaps others here can chime in with another solution to give zero hand with a breathable transfer on 100% cotton.

Ben Turkiyede oturdum!..
If you have a good color laser...you can use duracotton...onestep process or ImageClip..a two step process. Both use regular toner. There is a duracotton dealer in Europe...check autoart.ca for the one closest to you
I bought something called Chromablast for my cotton T-shirts. You have to get their paper and dye but I tried it out and the transfer was really nice. There was a barely noticable hand which vanished after one washing. The only drawback is the price. I got mine from BestBlanks, but I'm sure other places must sell it too. I have an Epson C88+. I'm new to all of this stuff and am still in the learning stages myself, so I have to rely on the tips I get here and from the different vendors that I've found.
Did look at this sytem myself to go alongside my sublimation setup. Only thing that put me off was the apparent need to wash the item after printing to get rid of possible overprint? With pressed vinyl and sublimation the shirt is ready to go out the door when printed.
Am curious to know whether others using this sytem found this to be a practical problem at all?
