Need to Register?

Hi,

I am hoping someone will be able to help me out there. We have the Epson 4800 hybrid and the Chromablast side is not printing correctly, the red nozzle is clogged....anyway we are working on that problem but I have 2 orders I need printed. One is fairly small only 14 images but the other is about 80...is there someone who would be willing to print these for me, I will pay for them. I would need the 14 images by Wednesday June 18....the others by the 25th. I am not sure what my other options are at this time, my client does not want them screen printed...

If any one has any suggestions they would be greatly appreciated!!

Maybe you could post your fix suggestions to the forums as well so that other members won't have to call to find the possible solutions

Yes, I agree.

I usually ask about the age of the printer, ink brand, history of problems. My best tips
and tricks are posted in our support section.

Is there a particular issue?

Her issue turned out to be a printhead
failure that I was not able to correct.
Often I can use some of the service mode
cleanings to correct some problems.
