Did you do a nozzle check to make sure there are no blockages?

Yeah. When you get sub ink from a dealer, they should also send you a file or cd with color profiles that match your printer and operating system with the ink they sold you. If I uninstall my profile, my colors will not print even close to the same as they show on my monitor.

also the profile must fit the program you are using... I have artainium inks and I have a profile that I use when using corel draw...and there is a different profile when doing photoshop. call your dealer or sawgrass.
