Default Epson 4800 Test Print Question

I have had the Epson 4800 for about a year now and have printed countless test prints, but I just realized I dont know for sure which block of four colors is for which side? (sublimation vs chromablast) Also ,why does it print the two blocks of yel & pink at the end? Anyone know?

Roger,

Look at the paper and as it is being printer and coming out of the printer, the four boxes on the right side are sublimation. See, you have to rotate the paper 180 degress to view it the correct way just like you would for a design printed. This is they way it is for a nozzle check, so I would imagine the test print would be the same. Ultimately, Sawgrass would know the answer for sure.

Not sure why there are the other two boxes. Can I ask why you are printing a test print so much? It would be less ink if you printed a nozzle check. That is more than enough to tell if the nozzles are all firing. Just wondering if you are doing something different with the test print.

Roger,
Go to "start", "settings" , "printers" and right click on your 4800. Select "properties". Now select "printing preferences" under your general tab. Now select the "utility" tab. Click on nozzle check and print. You will save a lot of ink that way. Don't click "auto" though. Try other options before you do an auto clean cycle.
