Default C88 with CFS for dye sub - colors are off

Help!
I've just installing a new c88 and CFS with MIS inks to do dye sub, but when I print a design with the new printer, the colors are all off. They don't look anything like the true colors I get with the inkjet and non-dyesub inks. What's going on?

I'm not sure what exactly means CFS and I never heared about MIS inks either. Did you transferred the print onto a textile or just looking to the paper?

Mikel

With dye sublimation the colors look faded until they are pressed onto a substrate. The colors will really pop once transfered. If you have done the transfer and the colors are still off , it would be helpful to know what ink you are using. Artanium and TOG use an ICC profile for instance and Sawgrass uses a seperate program to print the correct colors. The paper you use can make a difference as well. The item you sub to could change things so information on that would be helpful too.

I looked at the MIS website and the dyebased ink they sell is NOT for dyesub. At $85 a gallon it would be a steal if it was though. Sub ink will cost you almos that much for each cartridge.

Nope, I'm just an idiot. I put the ink into the wrong f***ing carts!!! The tubes were out of order - but I should have looked. Now I'm really screwed. CFS means continuous flow system to me. Sorry to bother everybody,
