We recently upgraded our shop computer from AI CS2 to CS3. Now, I can't seem to get good color on my sublimation when trying to use the ICC profile. The machine runs Vista...uugh! But, it was on there with CS2.

My blues came out too dark and my light grey background came out more like a medium tan.

Do I need to reinstall my driver after installing a different version of Illustrator?

I'm gonna try asking my supplier but hoped to get an answer before the weekend was over.

Hey John....

I spoke with someone from Conde about just that last week. I'm stilll running the ICC profile from my laptop (XP & CorelDraw 12) because the colors were coming out funky from my desktop (Vista & CorelDraw X3).

Unfortunately, my rep didn't know the answer, and told me to call back and talk to some else on Monday. So if you get an answer before I do, please post it here!

I got a respnose from Coastal Business (on the weekend) but they are going to have someone respond back to me on Monday as well since the person who would know would be in then. I'll let you know what they tell me.....

I bought my Sub equipment from Coastal, but they're not as good with follow up as Conde. My Conde rep calls me about once a month to check up on things and emails be more frequent than that.

I do order most of my blanks/supplies from Coastal - Can't beat that free shipping over $199 when it comes to heavy items. But Conde has a lot better selection - I got the refillable cartridges for the C88 from them.
