Default How Do They Do Full Dye-Sub Shirts?

How do people do fully custom Dye-Sub shirts such as one like in the picture? I can only image they have a huge printer and press and Dye-Sub a large piece of white fabric before sewing them together. Does anybody know?

its only on page 2 i think or is where I found it.
Title of it is how is this done.
