It is only about inkjet sublimation since I have no first-hand experience with the laser sublimation. You might want to do some research on that type of sublimation. I also did not include information about the sublimation prep sheets since it is my personally belief that sublimation should have no hand. The prep sheets that I have tried seem to have a hand and the colors are not the same. Other than that, it should be pretty comprehensive.
In the most simple terms, sublimation is process of using a special paper, special ink/toner and specific printers to print an image and hear press (not iron on) a white POLYESTER garment. The heat turns the ink into a gas and the pressure (40-50 lbs PSI) pushes the ink into the fabric...Hence no fell or pasted on look...great for white..some grays, polyester especially for full color photos BUT setup and equipment can be costly and you cannot compete with the screen print/regular transfer in price...just in quality..
