Default Any Reviews on WIK-Z Shirts?

I'm considering ordering some WIK-Z shirts from Sublimagic – Performance apparel for sublimation transfer printing. I was wondering if anybody's had any experience with sublimating them... good or bad.

Thanks,
Rusty

Hi Rusty,

Wikz shirts sublimate very nicely. The fabric has a tighter weave than most so it actually results in a higher quality graphic. There is less dot gain than with SoftLink or Vapor Basic. They were specifically built for sublimation so there are several colors that work well for us.

hey ron..would you recommend using high release transfer papers with wikz? i use accuplot which i was recently told is good for hard surfaces like tiles and wood..but not great for tshirts because it wasnt high release.

I would use high release paper with any fabric. You want to get as much ink as possible off the paper and into the fabric. I use the TexPrint XP.

I use QC Pro for the hard subtrates.
