Default Sublimation printers

Hi, I am using an Epson D120 printer for my sublimation printing, but seem to be spending more time messing about with the cartridges (re-fillable / re-usable) as the printer asks to refill them a lot, although they do not require filling.
I understand that the cartridge chips may play a part in this, but when it is working, it is working fine.
Can anyone suggest a better quality, more reliable printer, as a new business line we are turning out approx 30 + a day so something more reliable is required.
Thanks .

Check out the Ricoh gel printers...get from Conde and others...there are two models that you can get dye sub ink for...the GX7000 and the GX5050...the 7000 will print larger than the 5050...although the 5050 is a bit fast but limited to 8.5x14 max size..In addition you can get an extra tray for the 7000 that will allow 13x19

I used to have Epson Printers - switched to the Ricoh GX7000 and LOVE IT!! none of the ink issues that I had with the Epsons.
