Great designs - we are a cut and sew full dye shop and market apparel directly to several sports related apparel markets. We also have large wholesale accounts that service the softball, MMA, volleyball and rowing markets along with a growing number of designers marketing their own apparel. We offer a wide range of products for both men and women.
Wow I checked out your website those are some awesome shirts! I really want to try and stick with the cotton look and feel though, Is this something that you're company can produce. I have no Idea how Remetee Clothing is doing it but their shirts are amazing and they claim them to be 100% cotton. If I can find a co. that can produce similar shirts to theirs I am ready and willing to sign a contract.
Remetee is screen printed as far as I know. Massive Prints are part owners and print for both Remetee and Affliction.
The Remetee shirts are full color prints I did not think that was possible with all over screen printing. Also I did a search on the remetee brand and found indications that they are sublimation printed.
The way they create their artwork makes it work very well with belt printing. The colors look like they are almost spraypainted in with Photoshop, and the darkest color in the shirt is used as a trap color, so nothing is really butt registered. Most of the designs have foil on them, so they are probably printing the foil adhesive as a color on a belt press, then applying the foil. Trying to line up a foil transfer would be impossible, so it must be done in line. We can print that large, but only 3 colors.
