Default Can I pretreat in advance?

Is it feasible to pretreat shirts in advance and store them for future print jobs? If so, what is the shelf life for pretreated stock?

Thanks, ed...

Yes it is feasible. The only thing I would suggest is before you print on them, heat press them for probably about 30 - 35 seconds to get any excess moisture out of the shirts. Depending on our climate, the shirt can draw excess moisture into the fabric and also wrinkle a lot easier when pre-treated.

As for shelf life for pre-treated shirts, I don't know of any. Not to say there isn't, but I've never seen it.

Make sure you keep them in an area free of dust. Preferably in a sealed container of sorts. if not, the shirts will attract dust very easily in the pretreated areas.
