Default Pretreatment Prep blocking

does anyone have a suggestion as to HOW TO protect the entire shirt from getting sprayed - hence, wasting, stiffing shirt etc., any contraptions to use, cut outs etc., many thanks!

I built a pre-treatment station out of foam board to hold my shirt. I then took another piece of foam board and cut out a 14x20 in. hole which sits in front of the shirt to be treated.
