Default Pretreatment quality

Hi, this may have been discussed before, but I was wondering how pretreated shirts are sold? are the customers just made aware that the tee shirts will have the starchy feel before they are washed? i would assume they arent washed and dried before presented to the customer who ordered them. i was just wondering, because as an end-user, i would not want my brand new tee shirt to have that starchy feel as a brand new tee.

Default Re: Pretreatment quality

It's not that starchy of a feel, unless too much is being used. I just tell my customers that it washes out in the first wash, and I've had no complaints. I've been using white ink for a little over a year now.
