dtg kiosk 1 epson 2400R problams
please help
my printer is jamed
the printer head wont move even a little bit!
i got 2 lights 1 ink the other for error\eject

please offer anything i might do to fix it!

I have the HM1 and I have recieved the same error. Here are the possibilities:
1) Ink chip needs replacing
2) Printer is damaged

If you have printed a good number of shirts the first possibility is more likely and is only a $8.00 (+ shipping) fix. I hope that is all it is.
