Question Need help with DTG Viper

We are fairly new to this machine, however we have worked out quite alot. But how can we achieve a solid black on a white garment. We have tried printing twice, however the ink fades fast. The design is a full front on the tshirt.

Another old post that I thinks requires some attention. I'm using RipPro V.04, under the print options>dtg viper white ink advanced options, there is a "Print Pure Black" option that is default to "No"...also, my other thought is printing at 1440 for the color. I would love to know peoples experience with this as well, getting a solid black is important with some prints and is a must with some customers.

Thoughts?

Using the "Print Pure Black" selection will result in significantly less ink being laid down. You want to use a composite black (there are numerous opinions on which is the best - CMYK - 95,85,85,85 is a good rich blakc but may cause issues if it touches a lighter color like yellow or red - but should be good for stand alone black).

Hope this helps!
