I was printing Black t-shirt & got white border around design. any help pls?

Yes....I am using "Color Layer Auto-Mask" as Layer type...in photoshop print's Advance setting.

In Training, he said to have "Color Layer Auto Mask"....isn't that right? That is selected in the guide he has given.

Do you think problem can be Chuke setting? b/c it has white border around whole image? if yes, what should i have? i had Color Ink: 1440X720(just changed it to 720X720 now) & White Ink(Heavy Density). & all Top,Right,Left,Bottom as "-1"

Put a black background on the image and print it with the setting I suggested. It should print fine.

ok..when i select your settling..only 1 error come up..should i go with "No Underbase, No Black Ink?"

White Border gone......2 questions.
1) no Hair's dark brown color.....it detects it as "Black" color & no ink at all. I tried Black-Detect Threshold as 82(said in Training), 93(default).

2) if I don't have much/any white in image, do i still need 6 to 8% Threshold? it adds 6% more white where we have white in design if i am right?

3) I have American Apparel's "Baby Blue", Do i need to have White layer? if yes, am i going to get in same kind a problem i had in this thread before?
