 Banding issue
We've got an HM1-C and have been running it for about a month, staying on top of maintenance, and its been great. . . until this week.
We've got a problem with horizontal banding, but only when printing a few colors on a few dark shirts/hoodies. The biggest problem is with reds and darker oranges when printing on brown, black, asphalt. The strange thing is, when printing these same reds on heather, there's no banding at all.
We've done several cleanings, and we tried a capping station soak (saw on another thread).
The strange thing to me is that it prints the same color red (different design) on heather just fine, but it will have banding when printing that exact red on asphalt and navy.
Any ideas fellas? We love this machine, and its still printing great for all other designs and colors, just running into the banding on what appears to be the magenta head (but only on very darks). |
