Default Problems deciding which machine to buy

I am totally confused about which machine to buy. I am looking at the DTG Viper and the Anajet Sprint. I know that the Sprint has a higher ink costs and is slower than the Viper. I know that the Viper has the ability to do multiple shirts. I have washed the samples that I have received from both companies and I find that the print from the Viper is separating and cracking. Can anyone tell me why that is happening. I do not want my clients to complain about the products that I am selling them. I also feel that my competition will use the inferior quality as an issue. I will be the first one in my area to offer DTG printing so I want the best possible machine. Also if anyone has a different machine that they think I should look at please let me know.
Thanks for all your help.

Ted,

Have you had the same file printed on both machines? Were they printed on the same type shirt?

No they were two different files and on 2 different shirts. Although they are both black t-shirts. Anajet printed on a Gildan and Viper is printed on a Hanes. Will that make such a big difference?

The shirts may, but the file concerns me more. Was there equal amounts of coverage on both garments?

I would say that the Viper print has a little larger print on it. It was printed by Claude at CMB in Toronto.

Give Claude a shout and let him know what is happening, could be a mistake in pre-treatment or his press may be giving him issues.

I sent Claude an email last week and have yet to get a response. He is in Calgary at a show. I have now washed the shirt 3 times and the graphic is really coming away form the t-shirt. I could not sell this to my client at all. I think I have decied to purchase a cutter and go the route of heat transfer as opposed to DTG.
Thanks for all your help
