Sounds like you have a flow issue...
1) Is this a new machine or used?
2) Have you ever gotten white ink out of this machine?
3) What is the humidity in your room?
Answering some of these questions may help others or myself to answer your questions.

-New HM1, starting first time
No white ink in Nozzle check yet.(only CMYK). probably something wrong with computer setting(which send nozzle check), I am getting white INK to Waste bottle when i do INK CHARGE now.
-Maintenance program fixed. 2 things to consider for Vista users.
1) right click on Maintenance's exe file, go to properties, then Compatibility. check Run this program in compatibility mode for "Windows XP(service pack 2)
2) check Privilege Level box
It was nice talking to you Nil Try printing your nozzle check on a clear piece of plastic or acrylic, as sometimes its there, just that its hard to see the white. Chances are since we got the ink going through the lines and it is in the spit station and the capping station, then chances are it is on the nozzle check as well but just hard to see.
Just wanted to let others know, I walked Nil through the process of changing the operating system to windows service pack two, as he had the same problem as I did when I first got my machine, that it did not run properly in vista.
He was trying to get his white ink through the lines with only head cleans from the top of the machine, which was not creating enough force and pressure to push the white ink through. Once I helped him get his maintenance program working by switching the windows operating platform, he was able to do ink charges and create enough pressure to push the air through the lines and get white ink This was a new printer that he is just setting up and getting to use.
Nil let us know if printing the nozzle check on a clear plastic or acrylic works On the nozzle check it does not put a lot of ink, it is a very fine amount and sometimes hard to see.

-I am sure about white color. Can't see any white INK after Nozzle check....I did saw through light. if is their any, i can feel it atleast. I know there is no white. using transferent paper.
You might be able to get the logo printed on the plastic bag. But you would have to air dry it. And the minute you rub it it will come off. So I would not try it.
