Hi again, If I send one print through to the machine, it will print but then stop directly after where the print ends, not moving to the bottom of the platen. We would then need to press the button a few times to move the heads back. If we print more than one print at a time, it will start the next print directly after the first, causing double printing. Furthermore, not on every print though, it will also break and separate the first couple of head passes. This is happening with and without white ink. I also set the printer up on another PC this morning, and it was doing the same thing. I cleaned the data strip a few times as well, and the problem is the same. So it’s not the software, it’s the printer doing this somehow. Do you think it could be something I can adjust in the DTG adjustment program? If not, any other suggestions? Thanks
Try printing with the Epson driver (2400) - I know the print won't look right, but it will help determine if the problem is hardware or software related. Let us know how it goes.
