I am changing out my print head, so I decided to replace the wiper and the waste ink pads. Now, changing the print head is fairly easy, plus I have done it before but I can not figure out how to change the wiper. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey Chad

Here is a link to a video to remove and clean the wiper... You can just reinstall the new one.

Where did you get your replacement wiper blade? What was the cost for them?

You can get them from Mesa or SWF, they are fairly cheap. Here is a link to them on Mesa's website Wiper for DTG HM1. They are only $8.95 there. I would try to order though when you order other things as well, from any distributor so you don't have to pay a high shipping fee just for a wiper blade.
