Default Printing on sleeves

I have a customer who would like his logo printed on the sleeve of a short sleeve shirt. Has anyone ever done this? I’ve searched the forum and everything that came back was for long sleeve or screen printing. Any help would be appreciated.

If it were me printing a logo on a short sleeve tee, I would probably use the pocket platen for it, as the short sleeve fits easily on that platen.

You can also make something yourself like I did with a few things from Home Depot. This works great for me.

we just did a 325 shirt job and we did 4 sleeves at one time , we used the big platten and printed in 4 places on the sides of the platten and then covered and taped cardboard where the print would be.It worked great we done all 325 sleeves in about 4 hours .

Thanks. After your post I built one a lot cheaper than buying one.

You can also use the "pocket attachment" (Platens Golf Balls - bottom left of page) that is made by Livingston Systems and sold by SWF East. It is magnetic and will stick to any of the steel topped (blue) platen you may already have - it sells for less that $40.

Hope this helps!
