Default please help

Does anyone have time to call me or e-mail. I have an hm1 printer and was wondering if anyone knew the steps to print in white through adobe? I would love a call from someone who could tell me the steps? I will make this right with whoever can help me. Im in the shop right now and would love a quick walk through.
Thanks,
Ryan

There are two different RIPs being sold with the HM-1. Since your phone # is in the U.S., it is safe to say you are using the RIP Pro software. I am not familiar with the Print Pro RIP that is also sold with the HM-1 outside the U.S., so I can't help you on that one.

Although MultiRIP is not the same exact RIP Pro (printers are named differently), the process works the same as these videos listed below. This should be a good starting point for you. You should also make sure that you schedule the training session as it will help you out greatly. Best wishes,

Mark
