Since purchasing our Kiosk II we have had nothing but problems relating to nozzle checks. We have installed the EZ Pro Bulk Ink system from Equipment Zone and mounted it a little different than the directions. We wanted it mounted on the right (control panel) side for ease of use. We also mounted the system with the cover off to make cleaning easier. We attached the backing plate to the side panel with #4 x 1/2" screws.
We haven't loaded the ink in the system as of yet. We're waiting for new ink to arrive but reading the reviews from the people who have installed this system, they say it is a great addition, well worth the money.
Thanks Harry!
Very nice. While it is normally mounted on the blue top cover, it seems some of the EZ PRO K Bulk Ink System users like to run their Kiosk printers with the blue cover off. You did a very clean mounting job.
I am needing to buy more ink soon. Don't know if I want to go with new V02 inks. Did the BIS come with inks or do you have to buy. I have read other threads and it looks like others like the BIS. Does Equipment Zone provide ink profiles for their inks? I have many questions about setup changes, like can you just install the system and start printing? Thanks for posting your results.
The color profiles for the FastINK inks are the same as DuPont inks. You should have the DuPont color profiles already present in your Rip Pro software or they can be downloaded directly from the software provider.
We just bought the system and are trying to install it on a kiosk 2. What do you take out to install the system. the dvd we got wasn't much help. And any help would be greatly appreciated.
Please give our support department a call on Monday at 1-800-408-0040 or 201-797-1504 and one of our techs will be happy to go over everything with you and help get you up and going. As a matter of fact we are currently refurbishing two kiosk printers and adding the EZ PRO bulk system to them.

When I installed my system, the dtg acts like i have no ink in it. When i remove the cartigages, the ink lights are out like it is full of ink. I know it is something simple but has anyone had the problem? It is a kiosk dtg.

Reason: left out dtg brand
The product you are using is not a DTG brand product it is an aftermarket product sold by an un-authorized aftermarket vendor. I would suggest you contact that vendor directly as the machine as it was manufactured has been modified. The product you mention uses older ink chip technology that may be conflicting with the DTG designed chip technology.
We got the ink going last night. WE had to clean the print head by taking it apart and blowing it out. would not believe the ink that came out of it. Do you have air bubbles in the lines? We still have some. And I am going to call tech service about that. I will have to say great white coverage once we got ink and color really good also. Today will be the first day to run it production we will see how it goes. And before I forget tech service had me download a different program for ink fill. If you have not done this call them about it.

ok Harry did that. Still having the same problem of getting a no ink signal even after waster bottle reset
ok work is 703-699-1708 and pm is 540-845-8588. thanks tonight i have one ink cartigage that says i am good and rest bad. when i move that ink cartigage the light goes out where i move it. hope that helps
Kiosk probably doesn't need the ink chips. If there is a problem you try removing the ink chips from the carts, but be sure to keep them just in case you need to put them back on again.
