Hi Brad

I am not familiar with printpro as I use rip pro. I have heard of a few changing over to rip pro as it had a few more options then print pro. If you are able to get ahold of it there, I would look into it, just not sure its available in AU.
Does the print pro have any slider adjustments for the amount of ink that is laid down. For instance on Rip pro I can adjust it from 100% down, to allow me to adjust how much ink is layed down per layer. So I am able to adjust the dpi, and the amount of ink in a percentage. Does this make sense the way I am explaining it?
You say you are having problems with the white underbase, are you sure your pretreatment is good? One good way to check, is to over pretreat a shirt, with too much, then print a white layer and see if is more solid(this is only to test your white layer, and not meant to do on a regular basis

). If so then the pretreatment might need to be adjusted. If its still light, and the 2880 is to much, then I dont have an answer because I am not sure on the settings on your program.
I would definately look to see if rip pro is available to you though, its a really great program.
