Default Problems with ink on the shirt

Right after I cleaned the wiper and the capping station, ink started getting on the shirt. It would print the design but leave excess ink on the shirt almost like a thin layer. Any ideas on what it is doing?

Thanks

Josh

Default Re: Problems with ink on the shirt

I would take a look at the face of your printhead and see if you have build up on the printhead. Or if that is not it, is your spit station full? If it gets too full, it will leave alot on the printhead when it goes over to it, and can carry it back to the shirt. Those are the first things that I would check The only other thing I can think is that your printbed is too close to your printhead. Or if the ink looks like over spray it is possible that your garment is not close enough to the printhead. Just a few things to check Its all a science of getting the perfect settings Hope this helps.
