in your rip pro program if you go to ink configuration and go to the choke setting you will see a box with 4 numbers one on top one on bottom and one on each side, the default is -1 on each box. start by changing each one to 1 in each box and see how that does, if it needs more than change to a higher number. the way they adjust is top, bottom, left and right. if you need more help let me know. I too had this problem and it is very easy to fix. make sure to only change where your white ink is showing outside your design. like on mine I had a very small line on top so I changed the top and bottom numbers only and this fixed mine.

i can't find this "ink configuration" section. where is it? are you talking about the "margins"? there are four boxes with little arrows pointing to bottom, left etc in the properties of print set up.

The ink configuration menu is located in the "Utilities" menu, click "Utilities", then you will see "Printer and Ink Configuration" Select the "Choke and Feed Adjustment" tab.

Your manual should have information on how to use this feature.

Also, one thing to remember is that you will have to Re-RIP your design with each change you make

Interesting that the Flexijet manufacturer would know the software and manual for the DTG printer.

file, edit, image, adjustment, selection, color, queuemanager, options, view, window, help and no utilities in any of those. that's all my print pro has. is there anything else that has not been installed? by the way my manual has no information about this feature. i can't understand. i read about the margins; nothing to do with misallignment. thanks for the help, keep on please.
best

Do you have an HM1? It sounds like you have a regular kiosk with the print pro, not rip pro software.

Well that would explain why you can,t find those menu's, sorry I was under the impression that the Rip your using was modeled from the Flexi-Jet.

I would look into getting Rip Pro as I know it works very well with this platform.
