I am having an error on my DTG kiosk the red light wont stop flashing and I have restarted computer and printer. Same thing. Spooler is clear and I unpluged the printer. Still error light.

What do I do?

maybe the machine thinks the waste ink tank is full, have you tried to reset it?

Can't the company tell you what is going on? Is it still under warranty? I would sure be bugging them.

Sounds like the waste ink counter. It's not a big deal. Call your rep and they will point you to a place to download the utility from epson. First time it happend to me it scared me. You should be able to read about it in your manual.
