Default printing on BASEBALLS

Has any one printed on a baseball? I did a search and could not find any help.

Did you research DTG on golf balls? This link has a picture of the golf ball platen at the bottom What are the different types of platens for dtg printers? Direct-to-Garment | DAGuide

The other thing that you will want to do is put a coating of pretreat fluid on the baseballs to act as an inkjet receptive coating to prevent the ink from bleeding or wicking. You may want to try using a heat gun to dry the pretreat fluid before you print on it and then also to cure the ink when you are done printing. In the end, I hope you understand that this would be a decorative thing and you will probably not be able to use the baseball without the ink coming off even if you put a top coat over it.

What are you printing? This could be a job for a pad printer depending on the design.

I use sublimation process with a ballstar heat press.
