Default White Ink Showing Through Images

The problem i am having is when I print a word in red or black or even a graphics with any type of coverage it looks great until I press it. After I press it I can see white coming through. I am using a pretreat machine and pressing the shirt for 30 sec after treat. Then I am printing and using the press about 1" above the image for 1 min then pressing it for 3:00 min. I have tried varrying times and pressure and anything the looks good wipes off like its not baked. In the currect proceedure I am using its durable but I can see the white ink through the color.

I am using a DTG Viper printer, mode 1440 x 1440 white 1440 x 720 color.

One thing I have noticed is that in 720 x 720 color almost no white comes through but the images it dull.

PLEASE HELP

I would try after the shirt is sprayed with pretreat, to brush down the fibers with a brush, I myself use a china bristle brush, brush them only down, in one direction, and then dry in the press. This will sometimes happen if the shirt has very loose fibers. What brand of shirt are you using. Also when you cure, cure with the lightest of pressure you can. The more pressure you use, the more the fibers will be pressed up through the ink. But brushing down the fibers after spraying the pretreat really works good. Here is a thread that has alot of great pretreatment info and tips Little Fibers Sticking Up Off Shirt any fix?. Hope this helps some, let us know.

Thank for the info. I do currently brush the fibers but I do it in two directions because thats what the trainer showed. He also has the pressure heavy. I am going to try your recommendations. Sounds like a good idea. Also I am using gildan 6.1 oz ultra cotton. Is their a better brand/model of shirt to use.
