Stitchs

I've had my HM-1 for about 8 months. during that period, I have tried many different logo on white tees. Some come out great and some come out faded. Is this a art file problem or something else. I use Corel Draw and use the CMYK colors. Is there a better software that prints better. I just need consistancy. I tried pretreating a white shirt which prints the best. Any info woud help.

If you are getting good results on some files and not on others it is most likely a image issue. Is there a common thread between the files that print well or not? Meaning - are the files that are printing well created in Corel and the ones that don't come from customers? Are they bitmaps vs. vector files?
