Cam in capping station slipping... Is this common?
I've had my DTG HM-1 for three weeks and it seems that the cam in the capping station has started to slip. Is this a common occurrence? What causes this? What can I do to fix/prevent this?

Could you please give a further explaination what you mean by the cam slipping.
Just as a general rule, if you notice something going wrong on a printer that's only 3 weeks old you should call the dealer you purchased it from to have the part replaced or repaired. It should be covered under your warranty.
