Hello,New to using my
DTG Kiosk....bought used so no formal training. Here are my questions.
After I pretreat, using wagner, I roll with foam brush. After I heat the shirt, I am seeing a lot of dots of treatment and the shirt is really shiny after I print and press. Am I putting on too much pretreatment? Also when I print my white underlay the very top of the white is always a murky color then goes to white...what would cause this? I clean the print head before I print. I do have an issue with ink pooling in the cap station that I can't figure out. The cap station I put in new and when I d an ink fill and put cleaner on it is sucks it right down, but after printing there always seems to be a lot of ink pooling....any help! Also does anyone know where or if ther id a dvd on training? I have looked at swf's videos, but I have slow dal up and they really dont seem to help....would be great if there was a dvd on someone pretreatin with wagner, pressing, printing, curing so that one could see exactly how people do it..!!!!
