Default [DTG HM1] printer head is jammed and wont move!
i have a dtg - epson 2400R
but my printer head is jamed and wont move!
please offer me any thing u think might help!

and its cotton
we print only on cotton

Sounds like your capping assembly/wiper assembly are out of sync or broken. Try turning the screw that is accessible through the righ hand side of the head assembly to see if you can lower the wiper assembly.

Have you contacted your dealer for support on this yet?
