Default Trouble Printing

I am having issues printing tonight. I have a Kiosk 2 with The Bulk Ink System. The last several prints that I have had with this it prints out fine and gets to the mid point and looks like the ink is coming out lighter. It is also splattering the ink all over the garment. I have ran a nozzle check and everything is perfect.

Can anyone give me any good pointer?

Thanks,
Tim

You could be having a problem with your capping assembly (capping station, pump, wipers). The assembly acts like a vacuum cleaner, helping pull ink through the print head. If it is not working properly you would start having ink starvation as you get further along in the print.

The capping assembly is a wear part and the entire assembly on a Kiosk or T-Jet 1 and 2 should be replaced at least once a year.

I would suggest you speak with the tech support department where you purchased the bulk ink system, could be an ink flow related issue caused by the aftermarket bulk ink system.

Good job, Joey. Any chance of you providing the answer here on line so that those who frequent the forum can gain from this experience?
