Default Help! Image not coming out on screen!

Okay... I need some help. I just bought a new gallon of WR3 emulsion and I mixed it with the diazo just like the guy told me to. For some reason anytime I burn a screen a go to wash it out.... the image is not fully coming out clean on the screen. It's like you could mostly see the image but the emulsion is not coming out the way it should. What could be going wrong? Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks!!!

This question really should be posted in another section of the forums... This area is for people who wish to make their own Digital to Garment printers... But to answer your question it does sound like your screen is getting over exposed. You might try shortening the exposure time.
