Default DTG need advice on pricing

Hello,

I am hoping to continue my education here, I am a new owner of a DTG machine.

Although it's primary use is not going to be used for customers, As I am primarily a designer using this for prototype work, there seems to be a market in my area for "out side work".

Can anyone provide me with a price list or pricing to retail customers as well as competitive pricing for business to business sales
(ie: doing work for screen printers small runs).

I would be very grateful for any and all information you could share!

Thanks!

Default Re: DTG need advice on pricing

One place to start is Google "Contract DTG Printing" it will give you a ballpark to start from.
Alot of it comes down to your overhead, area and profit level.
Brinkman's has estimators if you are interested, they help alot and show alot of things people forget to charge for when caculating prices...
Brinkman's Heatpress Transfer estimator
Hope this helps, if anything should give you a starting point.
GL and have a good one...
