Default DTG dealers in Germany

Hi everyone,
i have been reading through this amazing forum for days now and eventually come to the point where i am stucked with too many questions.
We are about to start a "shirt company", yes just another one, but different We are seriously thinking to invest into the best DTG printer ever, which we thought would be the Brother GT 782...but please correct me, we need a fast reliable and easy to use, white ink machine with if possible the best client service.
We are based in Berlin and so far we have been i contact only with Anjajet, but the quality did not convinced me.
Brother Germany doesn't have a clue about GT 782, they did not even seem to have heard about it! But Brother US seems to plan EU exportation in winter 2009-2010, which is timewise, fine with us.

The real problem is that I wish I could see a bit more from competitors, compare printed tees, and fly to New Orleans in october, but can't really afford it right now.
Ladies and gents, any recommendation, help, tips are mostly welcome.
Thanks a lot for your time, and long life to this great place!
arnaud.

Hi,

I would definately agree with Wade on this one and contact Groener and talk to them. They are really helpfull, the best tech to speak with is Uwe Solner.

Hope this helps.

Check out BRS | Professionelle Lösungen für Proof, Foto, Fine Art, Large Format Printing (LFP), Grafik und Design | Start or www.print-equipment.de.
they also sell DTG-printers and offer great service.
by the way: go to duesseldorf to the VISCOM-fair.
From October 1-3 ! there should be several printers there.

Hi All,
After i saw the Brother on Fespa in Amsterdam i received several samples of their new printer.
Very impressed by machine performance and printresult. With my questions i contacted brother in emmerich and got all info i needed.
Machine will be available by end of the year.
They have dealers all over germany.
Look on their website www.brother-ism.de

Good luck,

John.

Hi all,
after we went to the Viscom fair in november 2009 in Milano,we gave up the idea to work with Brother, to expensive and the test print we did wasn't convincing and none of the technician present there could tell us why (even though the problem seemed to be minor). But from all the company present there one seemed to be different from the other ones : DTG digital, and its Viper, and Jon who works there. Since then have been thinking of all possiblities to use the DTG technology for our business.
We are based in Germany, where 2 dealers are representing the DTG brand there. We first been in contact with ESC Europa Siebdruckmaschinen-Centrum, which was a total DISASTER. We have had never seen such incompetent people in our whole carrer. When we left their shop we really started to believe DTG wasn't the right choice anymore, every single print, even the easiest, were WRONG.
Fortunately we have since then contacted another german dealer, Digital-Drucker-Textil, in Reutlingen, who seems to be a little more aware of what he is selling, even though none of these 2 companies has shown us the Viper working....because they just did not have it!

I am coming to you today because we are a little worried as our business will get started in June and we need to make sure that we could rely onto our local dealer, as you can imagine.
We first thought to buy one Viper, but we might have to quickly expand our business and therefore be ready to order more Vipers, and be delivered very quickly (within a week or two). My question is, do we have to always go through our german dealer? Couldn't we order straight to the DGT digital guys in Melbourne? Or UK (it seems that our german dealer is ordering there)? Who is the biggest european dealer?
We believe in the Viper, but we might have to go for bigger machines later, is the Xpress a good solution for us? And we need to make a test on those machines, but where?
My last question is about the newest technologies developped by DTG Digital, the One Pass Fast. Is that just an update? Is that already available on european market? And last but not least, what's up with the VIPER-VERSA? Is that technology already marketed?
Thanks all for your comments, greetings from Berlin!
