Judith,

You may want to repost this in the DTG section of the forum. You may get a quicker, more intelligent answer there since this is more a printer issue than a Corel one.

I went ahead and moved this for you Judith

I will try to explain how I do them

I am assuming you are using the pocket platens which are the 5.5 inch platens.

The way I set it up to print two at the same time is that I set my platens with the garments on them on each corner of the front of the machine. One on the left and one on the right. I use a square to make sure the edges are flush with the machine.

Then on my graphics program I have a custom page size set up 13" x 22" which is the size of the printbed. Once I have my custom page set up loaded in my graphics program I set up grid lines.

The first grid line is set Vertically in 5/8" from the left top corner, then the second vertically I set up at 12 3/8" in. Then I set a grid line at 5 1/8" and 8 1/8, these are both vertical lines as well.

Then going down horizontally from the top, I put another grid line down 5/8".
And then another horizontally down from the top at 5 1/8.

These lines will give you the print area you have to work within. You will set your designs within this area, as that is your print area of the designs.

Ok I am going to post this now, but I am going to make a screen shot of how I set up the gridlines to make it easier for you

Ok here is how the page setup should look. I put pink rectangles in the area that would be your print area. Remember the front right corner of your machine, is the top left corner of your graphics program Let me know if you understand it well .

Hey I have been there haha My main garment printing has been with kids clothing, so I have lots of experience in the setups after over 2 years of printing with my HM1. I remember when I first got my machine, and I learned so much from here about dtg printing in general, although I was one of the original HM1 users I remember waiting till they were done building my machine.

If you need any other further explanation just let me know.
