T-Jet Blazer Express problem..

1.I had error : 10000 ...The Fuse is Blown... and I replaced 5amp fuse..!!

2.but after that, I start with printing one pic on t-shirt and error code 1001E showed..on screen..( The High sensor has been riped or Lower the shirt board) I fix that.


3.and when I turn of the printer and turned on ...the LCD SCREEN on right side IS STILL OFF !!! ... I can't see anything on screen...

Please help !!!! the lcd on right side not working ??!!

I had this problem as well - check to make sure the omron relay (located near the motor control board, lower left side) pins are out when you press the on button. There should be an audible "click" - if not try to manually activate the relays - if the printer comes on when you do this they could be the suspect..

I had this problem - replaced the relays -still no go - turned out the power button had shorted - easiest thing to do there is to disconnect the leads and try to manually short.. fiddling with them might get them unstuck as well..

I checked all.. The problem was in fuse..

I haven't replaced very well...


Now, it's ok

I have the SAME exact problem right now. I switched the fuse like you said, and I also looked at the relays, but there is a sound when I press the on and off button. What could be the problem? My right lcd panel won't come on!!

hmm.. sound?? ..that's strange to me..

Check 5amp fuse again..

and try what ,Ryanwestman, wrote in this post above..

I hope you will fix it
