Default Epson 3000 and 4880

Hi everybody i am ready to start my project for the epson 3000 conversion to dtg i thing i will finish it in a week my question is if this thing works i like to get an
4880 model and do same thing on it my only problem is how to make it print white ink ? (on the 4880 )
