Default BUS-Jet? Who is that?

Found a manufacturer I didn't see on the forum list, any specific reason? The company is BUS-Jet (Brain Union System).

I was impressed with this video, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rz9xayw5TlE, and decided to go to the website, http://www.bus-jet.com/.

The printer works on a short list of substrates and also prints white.

Customer service looks like it may be a dud, check out the Q&A section.

I believe I saw them at a trade show, maybe SGIA. I didn't see anything being printed, but I'm sure they were. We had some folks in our booth that does this all the time and their machines seemed to be pretty reasonable in price.

Korean is right. We explored this printer about 3 years ago. Concern with it was first off - support and secondly - the solvent inks and pre-treatment gave me a headache in the two hours we spent with the machine, they were rather toxic smelling!

Concerns with these type machines are availability of parts and service. Most don't have a manual - or have a knock off manual - or a manual written in Korenglinsh which is impossible to understand.

To date they are a no impact player in the US.
