All the digital garment printers use water based inks which work best on 100% cotton garments and fine on 50% cotton/50% polyester goods. It will not work well at all on 100% polyester both in printing and washability.

I was not aware that Kornit ink worked good on polyester. Kornit uses its own ink - which is made specifically for the print heads they use. The Kornit ink can't go through the Epson print heads because it is too thick.

Not a problem. Maybe this document might help you out - www.multirip.com/dtg101.pdf. It goes over a lot of things about dtg printing. Best wishes.
