Discuss the various aspects of direct to garment printing. DTG printers include Brother, T-Jet, Flexi-Jet, DTG Kiosk, Kornit, Mimaki, Tex-Jet and others! Discuss and learn about this up and coming printing technology.
I'm a new DTG owner. I bought a Toyota machine from Pantograms and they are of little assistance when it comes to support. My machine already needs service and therefore must be shipped back to Tampa. I'm looking for businesses in the Philadelphia/New Jersey/Delaware area who might be interested in being back up when things like this go wrong. I'd of course like to have someone with a DTG who can do similar work, but I'm open to screenprinters too. I almost had a business tragedy about a week ago, but luckily I also own an embroidery machiine and my cunstomer was happy to take the alternative. I lost money, however, and would like to keep that kind of action to a minimum.
I don't know EXACTLY what you are asking for, if you want tech support for that machine I really know know where to direct you locally, but All American supply is like the MAIN distributor of flexi jet machines and they are based out of phily right on erie ave

Pantograms sells the Toyota single head embroidery machine and is a sister company to SWF East. Pantograms was started by the father and SWF East was started by the son. Although they compete on the single head embroidery machine market and embroidery supplies, they do work together on other things. Thus, the reason why Pantograms sells the DTG printers.
Hello there! Toyota does not make a digital garment printer. Pantograms is a distributor of the DTG. In reference to raspyspice's comments, I searched our support call records for a similar name, but did not see where anyone with the name or email adress of raspyspice had called in. I was very surprised to hear that you feel that we have been of "little assistance", and I would like to address the situation with you immediately, but I am not sure who you are. Could you please contact me @ 1-800-872-1555 x255 at your earliest conventience, so we can address your challenge in an apropriate manner. Also, have you completed our Training Course? I look forward to hearing from you to address your concerns. Thanks,
