Default wrong colors after changing printhead

Hi !
I am from Germany and a have been visiting this site for a while before investing in a DTG-printer. We do screen printing and transfers.
So we decided to buy a used DTG-printer. A new one was a little bit
too expensive to start with.
Now I have a "small" problem after changing the printhead and the dumpers (it is based on an Epson 4800).
Maybe some of you had/have the same problem:
-The nozzle check is fine (all colors come out correct)
-Yellow and black are fine too
- magenta (looks very light)
- cyan comes out a very light yellow ???
- if I print red or dark blue : the colors are fine too ???
What the hell is going on ?? What did I do wrong ??
Any help is appreciated...

off hand, it sounds like you may have flip-floped when you re-connected the head. Double check your tubing connections and order

Hi !
I checked... all tubes correctly installed.
How can it print yellow twice (yellow as yellow and cyan comes out as
yellow too)? pretty weird ! Even green comes out as yelow.
But a dark blue comes out correctly....
Itīs gonna be a long night...

Hi.

Since you have changed the heads just now. Try the following:-

Create a file A4 size with CMYK vertical strips. Print this and check the output.

If the Cyan starts of Yellow and turns Cyan (or stops firing yellow) over the length of the print, then you have a bad damper. Due to this the excess Yellow ink from the washing goes back into the Cyan nozzles into the head (due to the vaccuum created when you clean).

Let me know how it goes.
