Unhappy Epson R1800 Chromablast ink trouble!!!

Hey guys. For some reason the Chromablast inks wont read in the printer. It always says that the printer doesnt recognize the ink. Is the ink old? I got it off of ebay but everything seem to be in tact. I plan to launch next month and I need this thing to work!!! Any Advice??? Thanks!

I'm not familiar with chromablast, but If you are using an unmodified r1800(not DTG), it's most likely that the "chips" in your cartriges are not being recognized. You could try to clean the contacts on the carier as well as the cart and see if you are fully seated. If these look OK, talk to your ink supplier, the carts might be bad. Try posting this on the Transfer forums.

I think you should go to the source....call Sawgrass tech support...It is their ink/system and they would be the best place to start.
