I have followed the comments of the t-jet3 for quite some time on this forum. Just yesterday I received my third one, having to send the first two back due to problems that could not be resolved by tech support. At this time I am not to optimistic about the product but I will give this one the proper chance before totally passing judgment.
I had requested my money back after not being able to get the second one to work but I was that was no longer an option as I had exceeded the thirty days. In over two months I was unable to print one decent shirt and was constantly on the phone with support.
I believe that support has done all they are capable of and I appreciate their efforts but I question the quality of the product they are supporting. I attempted at least four different designs today with pretty good success. Tomorrow, I will continue putting it to the test with my fingers crossed. By now I am on first name basis with just about every tech they have which is not a good thing.
I find this experience to be totally insane. I feel so bad for you. Those t-jets are pricey. The one i got an estimate on cost more than my first car. and i can't imagine having to return a car three times because it didn't work the first 2 times.
man...no wonder everyone complains about those things...
Hi There, no to both, I am getting the silent treatment from them, probably because I am situated 100's of miles away from them, another 3rd World sucker fooled...
I will forward this link to Scott, see if he also gives me the silent treatment...
From there I start hitting all the youtube post and all possible forums with negative comments as to their treatment, it's costing me a fortune which is peanuts to them, I might as well get my money's worth on the web...
