Default DTG ink running

I was printing sweatshirts and my black and yellow was running together even though I had it on the black and yellow separation.

What machine are you running?

Sounds to me like the shirt may have a higher poly content than your inkset likes. A lot of sweatshirts are not pure cotton - you may want to try Gildan Print Pro sweatshirts - they have a 100% cotton face.

Hope this helps

Unhappy Re: DTG ink running

I am having the same problem. The black was spraying into the yellow areas...that is how it started. Now it is happening more frequently and some of the other colors are also overspraying. I have tried head cleaning, flushing the lines, cleaning the capping station, cleaning the wiper, running glass cleaner through the capping station, cleaning around the print head, more flushes and more head cleans, aligning the print head, nozzle checks...you name it. I am very frustrated and still can't get this thing to work right. I have tried it with 100% cotton shirts and the height of the shirt is as high as the bed will allow without getting an eject error. Please help!!!!!
