Hello
I'm owner of DGT Kios here in Spain.
I have a big problem with t-shirt, when I wash it, the first time, color on t-shirt almost dissapear. Lost a lot of color.
What do you think about that?
That sounds about right (in centegrade), is your press maybe set to Fahrenheit by mistake?

Temperature is correct 170ºC (338º Fahrenheit).
I have tried more temp and less time, less temp and more time but the result is the same. I've this problem only on white t-shirt (100% cotton and 190gr), in the
first wash the impression disappear. I'm boring
Using Dupont CMYK ink (no white) I dry at 330-F for 60 seconds with no problems.
Check your presses actual temperature, even though it is set at 170-C it could be off by 100 degrees or more.
Use very light pressure when drying the ink. Too much pressure will not let the moisture out of the ink and you can also scorch the ink effecting washablity.
I used DGTText, is the unic ink here in Spain which is distribuited for Brother.
About temperature I know its correct because I use other kinds of impressions and needs an exacty temperature and press.
For more information I work with a pneumatic heat press.
